I specialize in outdoor ceremonies and receptions, beautiful natural light, rich connection to place, authentic candids, creative (and efficient) posed portraits, and a refreshingly unobtrusive presence.
I’ve spent a career capturing high-stakes, once-in-a-lifetime moments on camera. I’m a wildlife photographer with a serious soft spot for weddings. I’m addicted to those rare moments in nature where subject, setting, light, and passion perfectly align for the artistic masterpiece— weddings overflow with these cherished, fleeting experiences. I’ve got the patience to wait for the perfect moment to coalesce, and the reflexes to capture that profound kiss, quick wink, or subtle smile. I’m laid back and easy to work with, but fiercely detail-oriented: I improvise like a jazz musician, and focus like a clockmaker.
I’m also committed to affordability. When you reflect on your photographs in thirty years, the price tag shouldn’t be one of the most memorable parts of your album. Besides, your wedding is (almost) as fun for us as it is for you and your guests.
